Spa Policy


Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment. This will give you the necessary time to settle in, use the restroom, and fill out any forms. Arriving late will rob you of precious treatment minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client. Note: If your appointment is first thing in the morning, you don't need to arrive early.

We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in full charges (equivalent deductions from gift certificates) without the opportunity to reschedule.


We've reserved a time for you

We are a small spa, and during busy times space can be limited. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. Please read the booking and cancellation information below. By booking an appointment, you have a confirmed reservation for the amount of time you need to have a particular treatment. When you book a time, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. We really appreciate your business and hope you have a relaxing experience booking with us.


Cancellations and Changing Appointment Times

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a deduction on your package (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates). Our voicemail message service is available at all times. Please let us know if you need help remembering your appointment.

COVID exception

​If you test positive for COVID-19 before your appointment, you must call the spa and cancel as soon as possible. We will discuss how this affects your planned treatment dates. 

If you cancel or change an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the following will occur:

Any promotions or specials, including discounts from the referral program, will be lost and cannot be transferred.

If the missed appointment is from a series of treatments, that appointment will count as one in the series.

If you have booked/paid using a gift certificate, that amount will be deducted from your gift certificate.

NO REFUND on packages.

Any credit remaining on a package is transferable to other treatments.
